In top half of a double boiler melt 3 cups choc chips, 1 cup white choc chips, 1/4 cup butter until soft enough to stir. Stir in 3 cups confectioners sugar and 1 1/2 cups Irish cream until mixture is smooth. Place mixture in pan. In top half of double boiler melt remaining chocolate chip until soft. In order to fit the forum you should really give the recipe as Gaeilge. - Bradford |

Angie, a chara, Go raibh míle maith agat as an t-oideas, agus as un 'fudge' é féin a rinne tú dhúinn. Bhain a lán daoine ag an deireadh seachtaine an-sult as, mar a bhfaca tú. Déanfaidh mise iarracht Gaeilge a chuir ar an oideas, nuair atá seans agat, agus ansin cuirfidh mé é anseo ar an bhforums. Thanks for the recipe and the fudge itself that you made for us. A lot of people at the weekend enjoyed it, as you saw. I will try to put Irish on the recipe, when I get a chance, and then I'll put it up on the forums. Go raibh maith agat aríst, Rath |
