Daltaí na Gaeilge is proud to kick off the International Seachtain na Gaeilge activities with our march in the Belmar St. Patrick's Parade this Sunday, March 7th.

The parade offers us a great opportunity to promote An Ghaeilge here in New Jersey during this very special week. From Ireland to Europe to Australia to America, events are scheduled around an Ghaeilge.

This parade attracts thousands of spectators, and we want them all to know that the Irish Language is thriving and available for them to learn and speak, right here in New Jersey.

Please come out and join us . . . all are welcome. We'll hand out basic Irish phrases, Irish stickers, and lists of available Irish classes in surrounding areas.

The parade is always great fun, and afterwards we gather together at a nearby home for some lunch, and of course, ceol agus craic.

Please note the new spot and time this year - closer to Main Street than in previous years:

Assembly Point: Section A, Position 024.0
Assembly Time: 11:45am
Group ahead of us: Marine Academy of Science and Technology
Group behind us: Long Branch Police Honor Guard

So grab some friends and family and meet us in Belmar.
Help Daltaí na Gaeilge promote the Irish Language.
