James,

I hope Thanksgiving provided a moment of peace from it all.

How does one correspond with you directly? Is that allowed?

Email me if you can.

James,
As an Australian, and a proud member of a coalition of the willing country and good luck and god bless you in your endeavours. I am proud that Australians and Americans such as yourself are standing together in brotherhood for the pursuit of an extremely worthy cause. It makes me proud of my country and proud to be allied with yours.

God Bless, Paddy

Australia was not 'willing'. It sent a token force after inntense arm-twisting and the parliment censured the PM for lying about the reason for war. The majority of Aussies don't agree with you, Paddy. The yanks are the bad guys here.

BTW - did you hear about the massacre of civilians at Samarra yesterday? the americans 'hosed down' the town with machine gun fire, killing woment, kids, old people in a mosque. Anyone proud to be associated with that shite is sick.

STOP IT PLEASE! This is a site dedicated to the Irish language, not political viewpoints. If you look on the front page of the forums, you'll see the following:

We do request that you keep your postings polite and related to the Irish language.

Things do occasionally get a little off-topic for short durations, but when things start to get nasty it's time to stop. There are many, many other forums out there where people can express their viewpoints on many subjects, political or otherwise. Please, please, please stick to the Irish language, or something at least remotely related to it.

In the past few days I've had to make a similar sermon on a number of other threads. Please people, don't let the board descend into petty bickering.

- Bradford
