Avoid this site like it's the plague! This is a very, very disturbing group of people. It has nothing to do with Ireland and Irish culture and everything to do with racial "purity" and "racial cleansing"...very, very disturbing group of people.

Very disturbing indeed. I think Hitler regarded the Celts as a lesser people and would have enslaved us.

Is ait an mac an saol.

I'll have a peep, but of course I condemn racism of any kind.

Hilarious!!

Their forums have "moderators"!

Cén fáth?? Is it in case someone says something fair and even handed? In case someone displays dangerous signs of sane normality?

Imeacht gan teacht orthu, agus aon duine ar aon intinn leo.

Cách. Mar is gnáth, daoine a bhfuil meascaithe suas mar nach thigeann siad céard a bhfuil sé chun a beith "fior" Éireannach.

Just pay no attention imo. Thank god for the warnings you guys gave! Sad confused people.

Chaith mé súil ar an suíomh sin agus ar chuid den méid a scríobh tú féin a Scáthaigh.

Is spéisiúil an t-ainm a roghnaigh tú. Scáthach.
Bheadh an dá léamh ar bhunús an ainm ar ndóigh. Is dócha go samhlaítear 'scáfaracht' le hainm an ghaiscígh mhná, Scáthach an dúna agus na Rúraíochta.
D'fhéadfaí 'bheith faoi scáth' a shamhlú leis ar an láimh eile de agus sin é an tuairim a nochtaítear i bhfoclóirí na linne seo. Luaitear 'bashful, fearful, shady, timid' leis an aidiacht 'scáthach' mar shampla.

Tá súil agam go gcuirfidh tú aithne ar dhaoine deasa an tsaoil seo de réir a chéile amach anseo. Chuige sin a mheabhraím anseo arís do dhaoine an seanfhocal caoinbhéasach úd atá ar eolas ag cách:

Ar SCÁTH a chéile a mhaireas na daoine.

Lena rá ar mhodh Amhlaoibh Uí Shúilleabháin agus é ag trácht ar Monserrat na Mara Cairibe agus ar na Gaeil 'ó aimsir Oilibher Cromaill' ann:

Maise mo ghrá croí na díbeartaigh bhochta Ghaelacha. Cia dubh bán iad is ionúin liomsa clanna Gael. (de Bhaldraithe, T., Cín Lae Amhlaoibh, 1970 -76, 85)

Féach eolas ar an leabhar : http://www.litriocht.com/book.cfm?id=2270
agus ar Amhlaoibh é féin :
http://www.pgil-eirdata.org/html/pgil_datasets/authors/o/OSuilleabhain%2CA/life.htm

Tá eolas nach beag in 'Analecta Hibernica iv' ar ghormú na Gaeilge sa taobh sin domhain in alt de chuid Aubrey Gwynn.
Tá roinnt eile i dtosach an ailt seo a leanas: http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/08132b.htm

Tá gaol gairid anama againn Gaeil le Goirm as taithí an chos ar bholg a imríodh orainn araon san am a caitheadh.

Móraimis an gaol sin. Fág an 'scáth' ar do chúl agus tar amach faoi sholas meallacach an lae linn.
Tá fáilte romhat.

Yes, after reading a couple of posts on that site I made a hasty exit. Sickening stuff.
