A request for a translation of this little piece appeared on IrishGaelic Translator in the old Gaelic script. I can't make full sense of it. It looks like a seanfhocal. Can anyone help?

"Nach lia broth dín 'san tiogh nó fáilte rómhat" (sic)

Antóin,

An bhfuil tú cinnte nach deir sé "Nach lia broth dín 'san "toigh" nó fáilte rómhat"?
