I am just beginning to try to learn some Irish. I wish to be able to pronounce my Gaelic surname: O'Ceadagain as well as my name, John and the names of my children Timothy, Michael and Susannah. Go raibh maith agat.

You can find many Irish name sites through your search engine.

There are variations of each name, but these are some I found:

John - Seán (shawn)

Timothy - Tiomóid (TIH-mohd)

Michael - Mícheál (MEE-hawl, mee-HAWL); Micheál (mih-HAWL)

Susannah - Súsanna (SOO-suh-nuh)

I had more difficulty finding a pronunciation for your surname, but I doubt it's much different than the English. Probably someone will come along who can help you more with that.

Le meas (Respectfully),
Dawn

That would be "Ceadagáin". And it sounds like a pepper spray product for girls tryin' to keep away creeps of all sort. CAD-A-GONE. :)
