Hello! I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me translate the following phrase so I can explain myself. Preferably in the Ulster dialect, since I travel up there.

"I was born in Poland, but I'm hlaf Irish. My father was from the Aran Islands. I grew up in a British part of Frankfurt, Germany and then I moved to America."
