hey there.. im not even sure if this is in irish or latin but im pretty sure its irish.. my gramps/moms last name is Masterson and under the family crest i just dug up it says "Pro Deo et rege".. so far from looking on my own ive gotten directly translated "press forever et quiet/done/ready".. sorry if it isnt irish and the orig didnt have any "Fada" on it..

I don't know much Latin but I would think "Pro Deo et rege"
is Latin for "For God and king". It's not Irish anyway!
The usual word for a victory or win in Irish in "bua".
