Can someone kindly provide a translation for Raven Run, and also the phonetic version if possible. It's a town's name needed for a signpost. Thanks you in advance , Vera

RITH = run
FIACH = raven

If you mean Raven's Run (run of the raven) then FIACH changes to An FHIAIGH in the genitive singular, so that you have RITH An FHIAIGH. Phonetically this approximates to RIH-UN-EEG. (Some native speakers would leave the final G sound mute).
