I'm from Grand-Duchy of Luxemburg and I'm really interested in the Irish language...

Does someone can translate the following sentence in Irish ?

«Hopes feed Dreams ... Dreams feed Hopes»

I do not have the exact translation and will not attempt it since I'm just a beginner.
However, my father-in-law has a T-shirt with these words written on it:

Tosnig se le brongloid.

Meaning in English: It begins with a dream.
