I am going to London early next year with some of my students (it's part of their study abroad experience; these students will end up spending a semester at the University of Hull). Though (alas!) I cannot include in this trip a side trip to Eire, I wonder if anyone knows of any nice Irish related places in London (Pubs, bookstores, etc.)? Go raibh mile maith agaibh! Dennis |

Dennis, A chara, I don't know squat about London, but if you do get a chance to go to Eire with your class let me know!! I live just down Hwy 74 and would be MORE than happy to chaperone. (If they still do that kind of thing) Or, we could do some summer study as an elective??? Le meas, James |

James, a chara, I haven't figured yet how to do a trip to Eire. Apparently (I've been told), part of the problem is that there aren't a lot of exchange agreements with Irish universities because they Irish universities are quite popular with students from abroad (particularly the continent), so the Irish universities haven't felt the need to create these exchange programs (can anyone from Eire confirm that?). But hope springs eternal, and I'm relatively new at learning how these programs work! Le meas, Dennis |

Well yes I know that the Universities are pretty popular for students through EURAMAS (EU Student Exchanges) not sure about the Colleges and Inst. of Technologies, In Éirinn, Colm. |
