Does anyone know the word for Heaven? I was told that it is either Terra or Tara - Is this correct?

No. "Terra" is Latin for earth. Tara is a place in Ireland -- Teamhair (na Midhe) in Irish. It was a very important and glorious place in Irish history but it was not heaven. Heaven in Irish is either "na flaithis" or "neamh".
