Can you please suggest common Anglo spellings of the Irish name Taigh (Tim)..I am no longer even sure of the Irish spelling as it is quite a few years since my school Irish days!

We thought of Tighe/Tige as a possibility

It is a little urgent: Our friend's 4 day old son is in need of the correct spelling of his name!

I think that Teague is the usual anglicisation of Tadhg.
I'd prefer the original Irish spelling though...

Mise freisin....(me too)...Teague would be acceptable, but Tadhg is a beautiful Gaelic name.......
