Could some one give me the familiar word and pronunciation for "uncle" and "aunt" in irish??
Thanks in advance.

A Chaoimhin a chara,

Uncle = uncail - sounds very like the English word.
[ e.g: m'uncail - my uncle ]

Aunt = aintín - sounds like anteen.
[ e.g: m'aintín - my aunt ]

Hope this helps.

Ádh mór ort (Good luck),
'Fintan'
