Could you please help me to translate the following Irish poem into Gaelic. My future wife family are all from Wexford and her uncle is giving her away at the wedding, with his daughter reading at the church, I would love to surprise my future by having her cousin reading this poem in Gaelic as it should be.

Today I Marry My Best Friend

Today I Will Marry My Best Friend
The One I Have Laughed With And Cried For
The One I Have Learned From And Shared With
The One I Have Chosen To Support, Encourage
And give Myself Too.
Who’s Dreams I Share For The Rest Of My life
Today I Marry My Best Friend
