Seán Patrick Ely

My name is Sean Patrick Ely, I was wondering what my middle and last name would translate into in terms of gaelic. I plan to have my last name incorporated into a Celtic Trinity knot for a design. But, I don't know what it translates to. All help is appreciated. Thank you.

Seán Pádraig (The 'd' is often not pronounced in Irish).

MacLysaght lists the surname Ely but without the Irish version or any other useful information. I wonder if it's the same as Ó hÉilidhe (pr. O HAY-lee). That surname is usually anglicized as Healy and Hely. An bhfuil 'fhios ag éinne eile anseo?
