Hi...
sorry for starting up a new discussion just for this, but I don't know how to post a message in another one, which wouldn't be a reply.
Could somebody translate the following into Gaelic for me?

"Lo! [or "hear me"] I'm giving you [=I'm about to give you; you - singular, masculine; subject - masculine as well ] the eternal love..."

"Christine" (name, if there's an equivalent)

"You may get up"

"Stop! You know you can't get away." [you - singular, feminine, subject same as above]

"I have to" [subject same as above]

I need this for a story of mine. The character speaking is calling himslef Oenguss mac Ogg. :) I'll of course include the name of anyone who'll help me in a footnote.

Thank you very much...

Féach! Táim chun grá síoraí a thabhairt duit.

"Christine" (name, if there's an equivalent)
A Christína
"You may get up"
Tá cead agat éirí
"Stop! You know you can't get away." [you - singular, Stad! tá fhios agat nach bhfuil sé ar do chumas éalú
feminine, subject same as above]

"I have to" [subject same as above]
Ní foláir dom
