"Nollaig Shona dhuit agus athbhliain faoi mhaise/shéan."

If it's addressing more than one person it should be:
"Nollaig shona dhaoibh agus athbhliain faoi mhaise/shéan."

You can choose between "mhaise" or "shéan", whichever you prefer the look of.
