"Ar Fheabhas!" and "Thar Barr!" are both common expressions meaning "Excellent! Great! Wonderful!" In Irish, you pretty much have to give the noun if you want to say "the best / greatest":

An Múinteoir is Fearr = The Best Teacher
An Rinceoir is Fearr = The Best Dancer

(lit. "the teacher who is best", etc.)

Rogha eile (another option):

Múinteoir den scoth (teacher of top quality) agus
Múinteoir den chéad scoth (teacher of the first order)

(Is tú) an múinteoir is fearr dá bhfuil ann. (You're) the best teacher there is.

Togha fir. the best (the man who is best)
Togha fir thú. You're the best.

Thanks. Irish dance teachers come in both genders.
