I would like to make my wedding proposal a little more special by using my girlfreinds native language. I looked through the site but could not find a wav file for this phrase nor could I understand how to piece it together from other phrases. Can I be so bold as to ask someone to email me a wav file of "Will you marry me" in Irish?

Thanks for any help!

Robert

I can't come up with a wav file for you, but will a phonetic rendering do???

"An bpósfaidh tú mé?"

on BO-see thoo may?

The response for "Yes" would be "Pósfaidh" - PO-see.

Good luck!

Thank You so much...the phonetic phrase is perfect!

And thank you for not posting the response for "No"...hehe
