Aonghus is perfectly right, but might I suggest something more poetic?
Tá me brónach 's tú im' dhíth.
This is a line from an old song, and means "I am sorrowful for the want of you."

A Bhrendáin a dhuine uasal,

Bheri Mí Ó is ainm an dán sinn, ceapaim.

Tá na fochlacha caillte liom ach is iomaí an t'am a bhí sé ag dul timpeall I'm cheann. An bhuill aon fochlacha eile agat mo chara.

I think that song is the lovely lilt called Bheir M' Ó. I am missing many of the words although I often hum it to myself. Have you any more words?

Scríomh liom má sé do thoil é
Write me if it's easier for you.

Maith Agat Ar Aghaidh
TIA
An Creabhar
