Could someone please tell me the correct pronunciation of the following phrase...
"I ngach rud, i ngach sli, go deo." Any help here would be much appreciated.

What is the correct pronounciation of the surname O Murchadha,
in particular the termination "adha"?

The more modern spelling is Ó Murchú; pronounce both as OA MUHR-uh-khoo. (Oa = Oh; kh as in CHutzpah, aCHtung) The "-adha" in the old spelling reflects the pronunciation in Old Irish centuries ago.
