Can someone tell me the correct translation, phrasing and spelling of "I love my mother" in Irish. I would realy appretiate it if you could help me out. |

'Is grá liom mo mháthair.' I think saying 'Gráim mo mháthair' makes it sound like a daily action like 'I get up at seven o'clock' or 'I eat my dinner' and then 'Each day I love my mother'(?) And 'Táim i ngrá le mo mháthair' does sound a bit too Oedipus-like to be healthy!I hope that helps. |
