Presuming you mean as in a toast, the most common usage would be sláinte (health), pronounced SLOYNTAH. An alternative to this would be beatha agus sláinte (life and health), pronounced BAHA OGGUS SLOYNTAH.

You could also say 'Saol fada chugat.' It's pronounced 'seel FAD-uh HUG-uht' and means 'a long life to you.'

'Faoi thuairim do shláinte' (Fwee HOO-uh-rim duh HLAWN-chuh) means 'Here's health to you!'
