AllChars for Windows
AllChars for Windows makes the characters
like é Ü ç î æ and 
²  (c) £ ± ß ° 1/2 ¿ _ _ » ™ ; 
(not found on your keyboard) easy accessible within most
Windows programs. Just hit the CTRL-key and two
characters together defining the special character.
The user can add and change keys which define the special
characters it also makes 'fada' characters..
